14-Day Assurance Policy

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with b•liv purchase for any reasons, you may return it to the our office for 100% cash refund or exchange to another product with same or lower value, within 14 days of receiving them. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Exclusions:

  • If your purchase is from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our assurance or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
  • The policy does not apply to clearance products, samples giveaway and/or free products giveaway

IMPORTANT notes:

  • Kindly take note that our 14-Day-Assurance Policy is only applicable to online orders. All refunds, returns, or exchanges must be attached with original sales receipt / invoice.
  • All refunds are limited to credit cards or the online payment gateway account used during purchase.
  • All exchanges are limited to original shipping address used during purchase.
  • We do not take responsibility for any item(s) lost during the return shipping.
  • To complete your return, we require a proof of postage that includes the tracking code.
  • Return postage charges are bornde by customer.
