Refund & Exchange
1. Refund Procedure:
- Return your purchase within 30 days from the day you purchase.
- Include your original sales receipt and/or invoice in your return.
- Once the company has received and verified your return, you will receive refund to your credit card of the online payment gateway account used during the purchase.
- Return shipping charges are borne by customer.

2. What if I want a refund but I used a Gift Voucher?
No problem. You will receive a refund in the form of an e-gift voucher of the same amount used.
3. What if I want a refund but I used a promo code or I made a purchase during sales period?
No problem. Refunds will be the purchased price shown on sales receipt and/or invoice.
4. Can I request for a refund after 30 days of purchase date?
We regret that you will not be entitled for refund when your return is after 30 days from purchase date.
5. Important notice on cash refund.
Please note that it may takes up to 10 business days to process any refunds. We will notify you via email once your request has been processed. Your financial institution will likely take approximately 14 business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your refund, please contact us.
We usually refund any monies using the same payment gateway originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office / Courier Office as proof of postage. Please take note that all goods returned must be in good condition. Empty or almost finished products will not be entertained.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy.

- Return the incorrectly ordered product to b.liv office within 30 days from purchase date.
- Includes your original sales receipt and/or invoice.
- Indicate the right product that you wish to receive.
- You will receive your desire product at your original shipping address, at no cost to you.
- Should there be any diferrence in prices, we will submit a payment refund to you, once completed we will prepareto ship the right product to you.
- Only one exchange per order will be entertained. Subsequent request for exchange under the same order will not be accepted.
* Please take note that the exchanged product(s) must be unused and unopened.
