Managing Account Information

Your Account Dashboard – Gives you an overview of your account:

From your My Account Dashboard, you can view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information. Select a link below to view or edit information.

 

1. What should I do if I wish to update my information?

After Login, click My Account to access to your Account Overview. The Account Dashboard is where you can view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information. Select a link below to view or edit your information.

Reward Points Total earned & pending Reward Points under your account. Click View All to view details of your Reward Points summary.
Contact Information Your display name and email address. Click Edit for any amendments.
Address Book Show your default shipping and billing address. You may click Manage Addresses to add or delete address.
My Recent Reviews Show your most recent reviews. Click View All Reviews to view all reviews summary.

2. What if I wish to delete my account?
Please contact our administrator if you wish to delete your account.

Name, Date of Birth, Email and Password

 

Name
  • Your first and last name.
Date of Birth
  • Your birthday. Complete this field and receive a mystery gift during your birthday month!
  • Kindly register at least 3 months prior to your birthday month in order to receive the birthday reward points.
Email Address
  • This is your login information.
Change New Password
  • If you wish to change password, enter your current password, your new password and confirm your new password, tick on Change Password box.

Did you forget your password?

1. What should I do if I forget my password?

  • Under Login or Register click on Forget Password.
  • You will see a pop-up box, simply enter your email address. If there is an account associated with the email address entered, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

 

2. I do not receive any email with a link to reset my password?
Few possibilities:

  • Please allow a few hours to receive the email; do check your junk mail box as sometimes your mailbox may remark our email as junk.
  • There is no account associated with the email address you submitted. Please create a new account or make sure you submitted the correct email.

Address Book

1. Adding address:

  • Login and go to My Account.
  • Select Your Billing and Shipping Address.
  • The first address that you save is the default shipping and billing address.

 

2. Set different default shipping and billing address:

  • Under Your Billing and Shipping Address click Add New Address.
  • Enter a new address and select if you want this to be the default shipping or billing address.

 

You can save up to 30 frequently used addresses for yourself and the friends and family you shop for. Once you have saved all these addresses under your Address Book, you are able to retrieve the address during your Checkout process.
